VirtualWax is a product of TapTunes, Inc. By accessing this site, scanning a QR code, or tapping a VirtualWax-enabled card to a mobile device, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Data Collection and Use

VirtualWax collects limited data to support analytics and platform performance. This may include scan or tap time and date, general location data such as city, state, and country, device type, and interaction activity within the experience. Optional information may be collected if voluntarily submitted through forms.

This data is used to provide engagement analytics, improve platform functionality, and support customer reporting. User data is not sold to third parties.

NFC Tapping and Mobile Usage

VirtualWax experiences may be accessed by tapping an NFC-enabled card to a compatible mobile device or by scanning a QR code. Standard mobile data rates, messaging rates, or carrier charges may apply depending on your device and service plan.

 

Cookies and Tracking

Cookies and basic analytics tools may be used to monitor platform usage. You may disable cookies through your browser settings.

 

Content Responsibility

All music, audio, and media content is provided by VirtualWax clients. TapTunes, Inc. does not verify rights ownership. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use all submitted content.

 

Hosting and Security

VirtualWax experiences are hosted on secure servers located in the United States. Reasonable measures are taken to protect data and content.

TapTunes, Inc. Policy

 

1. User-Uploaded Content

TapTunes, Inc. is not responsible for any content uploaded or submitted by users. By uploading content, the user represents and warrants that they own or have the legal right to use all music, artwork, and materials provided. The user assumes full responsibility for ensuring that submitted content does not violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. TapTunes, Inc. shall not be held liable for any infringement arising from user-submitted content.

2. Production Timeline

Production of NFC-embedded TapTunes™ tap-to-play virtual record player cards typically requires 7 to 10 business days from order confirmation, unless otherwise authorized in writing by TapTunes, Inc. Production timelines may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be permitted.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified. TapTunes, Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or losses once the package has been transferred to the carrier. Any shipping issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

TapTunes, Inc. operates in the states of Florida and Tennessee. These policies and any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from the use of TapTunes™ products or services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Jurisdiction and venue shall be exclusively in Seminole County, Florida.​
